Shipping
Speed and accuracy are important to us. We pack your order within 24 hours of it being placed. We ship it within one business day of it being paid for. Once the order is in the post, shipping times are dependant on Australia Post.
We ship using Australia Post. We post Monday-Saturday at our local post office in Preston, Victoria. Orders paid for by 2pm Mon-Fri, or by 1030am Saturday are sent in that days post. Orders paid for after this time are sent in the next business days post.
We care about the environment and reuse packaging where possible, however, it will still be in a neat and secure parcel. Large/ bulky and fragile parts will be well packaged with bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in the same condition as we sent them. (Please advise if you would prefer minimal/ no bubble wrap).
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, by carefully packaging your order.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Letters (including thin cardboard envelopes)
Letters are NOT tracked or insured. For orders to be sent as a letter, items must be 1.5 LEGO bricks high or less (Australia Post envelope must be under 2cm thick). All pieces larger than this must be sent as a parcel.
Our Pride Hearts are 2 bricks wide, so are automatically sent as a parcel.

We send via the cheapest method, Standard Parcel, at Australia Post prices, unless you send us a message asking for a quicker & more expensive option. All items are sent as parcels, and include tracking.
